We will assist you in selecting your finish materials: cabinets, appliances, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc from ANY vendor you wish. Even from the internet. You are not restricted to buying from a pre-selected group of finish packages selected by a volume builder. In other words, you get what you want, and how you want it.
